ECAL partners with Spectra
ECAL, the world’s leading calendar marketing platform company has announced its partnership with Spectra (by Comcast Spectacor), North America’s second largest primary ticketing company.
The partnership was revealed at PACnet, Spectra’s annual Ticketing & Fan Engagement’s Community Conference in Newport Beach. The partnership will see ECAL’s ‘add to calendar’ features integrated into the Spectra’s Ticketing & Fan Engagement platform – eVenue.
This smart and dynamic ‘add to calendar’ feature will exist in the event ‘discovery’ (pre-purchase) and ticket confirmation customer journeys (post-purchase), and is set to provide Spectra clients with increased ticket sales, deeper fan engagement, valuable data and a better ticketing experience overall.
ECAL Founder & CEO Mr. Patrick Barrett, speaking from PACnet says: “we are hugely excited to be associated with Spectra, such a highly respected and iconic ticketing business. For ECAL, it’s another important milestone in the growth of the company, as we seek to deliver the ultimate calendar communications service, to as many fans as we can across the sports and entertainment space.”
Spectra powers ticketing solutions for more than 550 live entertainment organizations, that sell over 120 million tickets per year. ECAL joins an impressive and expanding Spectra partner network that includes Facebook, Groupon, StubHub, Costco and others.
