Objectives
SEAT is the world’s leading peer-driven, sports and entertainment technology conference. SEAT wanted to offer ECAL as an innovative way to deliver the conference agenda to delegates, in addition to their planned (external) mobile app.

ECAL saves the day!
When the planned (external) mobile app failed to be approved by the Apple App Store, it was ECAL to the rescue! The SEAT ECAL feature was promoted via the SEAT website (‘add to calendar’ button), via direct email and via Twitter!

Creating your own Conference journey
Using the SEAT ECAL, delegates could choose the main program, plus multiple specialist ‘tracks’ across the four days of the conference, incl. CIO Venue Technology, Collegiate Industry, CRM / Database Marketing, CXO Strategy, Digital Marketing / Social Media / Analytics / Mobile, Game Day Presentation / Broadcast / Fan Engagement.

'Twitter Response' Activation
We created a cool ‘Twitter Response’ activation. Delegates could simply tweet #SEAT2015 to @ECALworld, to receive the SEAT ECAL straight to their phone!

Results

  • 9 'Track' options to choose from
  • 71 Events
  • Across 4 days
  • 67% subscribed to their smart phone
  • 157 click-throughs to 'speaker profiles' and more
